Refunds Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products, and want our customers to have a positive experience with our products and our brand. We understand sometimes things go wrong and this can be inconvenient and frustrating. Under any circumstances where you have concerns please first make contact us via the contact form or email us at info@glamrcosmetics.com. From there we can assess the situation and help resolve the issue.
Our Returns Policy is in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
A product MAY be returned if it is deemed faulty, damaged, different to the product purchased, or been wrongly described.
We take no responsibility for any allergies to our products. All our ingredients are listed on our website which you can view prior to purchase.
Items should be returned to us via post (at consumers expense). We will supply postage details once we have received a written request from you.
If the order item can be replaced we will reissue the product to you free of charge and postage. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue you a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. This is to allow time for the item to be assessed and payment to be processed via your bank.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, damage to packaging (eg. box is bent but the product inside is in tact).
If you have concerns the product is not giving the results advertised, you may be asked to provide photos, or further information to support your claim before your request for a refund/replacement will be assessed.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a dispute, we aim to be fair and reasonable and will endeavour to resolve any disputes directly with the consumer. We also encourage consumers to research their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
90 Day Money Back Guarantee
We believe in our product so much that we guarantee it!
In order to clam on the 90 day money back guarantee, you are required to use the serum as directed for 90 days, time stamped before and after photos need to be submitted to understand your concerns, so please ensure you take a before photo when you purchase the product.
A full refund includes the product cost plus postage, and requires the used bottle to be returned. The buyer is responsible for any costs in returning it to our Terrigal location.
The refund is capped at one per person, any unopened bottles can be returned via our usual returns policy. This means if you have opened multiple bottles you cannot claim a refund on more than one bottle.
This guarantee is only open to bona fide customers who act at all times in good faith. Glamr Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe there has been any dishonesty or fraudulent behaviour by the purchaser.
