Shipping Policy


Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeframes
We offer standard shipping through Australia Post which is 2-7 days. If you require express shipping, please contact us via our contact form and we can arrange, fees would be in accordance with Australia Post pricing. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions for eg. Free Shipping, from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

International Shipping
At this time, Glamr Cosmetics only ships within Australia although if you would like an order shipped overseas please let us know so we can investigate if this is a viable option. We would love any feedback to help us grow our brand internationally.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
Once your order has been shipped and your tracking number issued, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking number. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at info@glamrcosmetics.com and we will happily assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@glamrcosmetics.com

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and and explanation of the issue. In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for items that are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Please also read our refunds poilcy.

Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully when purchasing. If you have any concerns, contact our team before placing your order. Please also read our refunds policy.

Refunds Policy

 

We take pride in the quality of our products, and want our customers to have a positive experience with our products and our brand. We understand sometimes things go wrong and this can be inconvenient and frustrating. Under any circumstances where you have concerns please first make contact us via the contact form or email us at info@glamrcosmetics.com. From there we can assess the situation and help resolve the issue. 

Our Returns Policy is in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

A product MAY be returned if it is deemed faulty, damaged, different to the product purchased, or been wrongly described.

We take no responsibility for any allergies to our products. All our ingredients are listed on our website which you can view prior to purchase.

Items should be returned to us via post (at consumers expense). We will supply postage details once we have received a written request from you. 

If the order item can be replaced we will reissue the product to you free of charge and postage. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue you a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. This is to allow time for the item to be assessed and payment to be processed via your bank. 

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, damage to packaging (eg. box is bent but the product inside is in tact). 

If you have concerns the product is not giving the results advertised, you may be asked to provide photos, or further information to support your claim before your request for a refund/replacement will be assessed. 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of a dispute, we aim to be fair and reasonable and will endeavour to resolve any disputes directly with the consumer. We also encourage consumers to research their rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

 

 

90 Day Money Back Guarantee

 

We believe in our product so much that we guarantee it! 

In order to clam on the 90 day money back guarantee, you are required to use the serum as directed for 90 days, time stamped before and after photos need to be submitted to understand your concerns, so please ensure you take a before photo when you purchase the product.

A full refund includes the product cost plus postage, and requires the used bottle to be returned. The buyer is responsible for any costs in returning it to our Terrigal location. 

The refund is capped at one per person, any unopened bottles can be returned via our usual returns policy. This means if you have opened multiple bottles you cannot claim a refund on more than one bottle. 

This guarantee is only open to bona fide customers who act at all times in good faith. Glamr Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe there has been any dishonesty or fraudulent behaviour by the purchaser.
